  • Each wod is guided by a trainer, present all the time, explaining and correcting the movements.
  • The wod includes general and specific warm-up, and technical progressions for the exercises.
  • For joining our wod, please “book wod”.
  • To come and do your own training “Open Box”, no booking needed.

Mondays to Fridays

  • 07:45 – 8:45
  • 09:00 – 10:00
  • 10:15 – 11:15
  • 11:30 – 12:30
  • 15:30 – 16:30
  • 17:00 – 18:00
  • 18:30 – 19:30
  • 20:00 – 21:00

Saturdays Wod: 11:00 – 12:00

Crossfit Kids Mondays and Wednesdays: 17:00 – 18:00

Open Box:

Mondays – Fridays: 7:45 – 13:30 and 15:15 – 21:00

Saturdays: 10:30 – 13:30
